本課程為對「文化」研究有興趣之博士班學生設計，以研討與實做工作坊方式處理以下議題：
1. 如何確定自己要做「文化」研究?
2. 如何選定適合「文化」之研究議題?
3. 如何進行「文化」之研究？
4. 如何將「文化」之理論觀點與成果用於「組織與管理」領域之研究?
 

課程目標
 1. 訓練博士班學生對「文化研究」之相關知識的基本掌握。
2. 訓練博士班學生在「文化研究」領域之基本研究能力，特別是方法選擇、執行、資料分析與整理的能力。
3. 訓練博士班學生在「組織與管理」領域之「文化研究」學術論文寫作與投稿的能力。
